1. Who we are

2. What MarketPrint is

MarketPrint shows statistics about how past trading days with similar conditions developed: direction, range, and the hours when highs and lows usually formed. It also offers a trading journal and a knowledge base.

MarketPrint is not investment advice, not a signal service and not a broker. We never tell you to buy or sell, we do not execute trades for you, and we do not hold your money. Every decision to trade is yours. Read the Risk Disclosure before using the service.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use such services where you live.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your login or resell access.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity in your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
• You confirm your email address before the account becomes active.

4. Plans, trial and payment

• Free: the journal and the knowledge base, with no time limit.
• Trial: 7 days of access to all assets, once per person, starting when you confirm your email. No payment details are needed.
• Paid plans: 3 assets, 5 assets or all assets, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Longer periods have the discount shown at checkout. In the 3- and 5-asset plans you choose the assets at purchase and can change them when you renew.
• Payment is made in cryptocurrency through the third-party payment provider NOWPayments (stablecoins USDT and USDC on supported networks). The blockchain network fee, and the provider's fee if it is charged to you, are shown on the payment page before you pay. Access starts once the payment is confirmed by the network.
• Plans do not renew automatically. We remind you by email before your period ends.
• Prices may change for future periods. A period you have already paid for keeps its price.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the statistics, prices or other content of MarketPrint; access the service with bots or automated tools other than the MT5 connector we provide; try to break, probe or overload the service; or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Market data

Prices and statistics come from third-party data sources under licence. They may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors, and similar past days do not guarantee what happens next. We may add, change or remove assets, features and data sources.

7. The journal and connected accounts

If you connect a MetaTrader 5 account, our connector reads your account's trades so the journal can show them. It does not need your trading password and does not place trades. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you add to the journal. You can delete your account and its journal at any time from the Account page.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its design, texts, code and statistics belong to us or our licensors. Your journal entries and notes belong to you; you allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the service, data errors, or interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. [lawyer to confirm under applicable law]

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where that is reasonable. You may stop using MarketPrint and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it applies. Continuing to use MarketPrint after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Law and disputes

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

• Account: your email address, a one-way hash of your password (we never see or store the password itself), language, sign-up date, plan and access dates.
• Security records: sign-ins, failed sign-in attempts, password resets and the IP address they came from.
• Your content: journal entries, day reviews, rules and page settings you save; trades imported from an MT5 account you connect: account number, broker, server, account name, currency, balance and the closed trades in its history. The MT5 connector only reads this history; it cannot trade and never receives your account password.
• Payments: the plan, period, amount, coin and network, and the payment provider's transaction ID. Card or wallet credentials go to the provider, not to us.
• Cookies: one strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. [update if analytics are added]

3. Why we use it

• To provide the service you signed up for: your account, plan, journal and emails about them (contract).
• To keep accounts and the service secure and to prevent abuse of the free trial (legitimate interest).
• To keep payment and tax records (legal obligation).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Who processes it for us

They act on our instructions and may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

You can see and change your email and password in the Account page, export or correct your data on request, and delete your account yourself at any time. You may also object to processing or complain to a data protection authority: in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU, the authority in your country.

7. Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, links in emails work once and expire, sessions can be ended on all devices, and access to the server is restricted.

8. Children

MarketPrint is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we tell you by email or in the app before it applies.

Your responsibility

You alone decide whether and how to trade and are responsible for the results, including for trades on prop-firm accounts and their rules.
